can i trust you?

“Is there anything you wouldn’t put in a book?”

Um, yep.

Authors are sometimes nervous about ending up regretting things they write in their book, but ghostwriting a business book or a memoir isn’t like writing Prince Harry’s autobiography. There’s no reason to be sensational, to hurt or upset people, or to detail your early sexual counters.

You’re free to do those things if you want to, of course, but a good ghostwriter isn’t out to dish dirt or twist your words. We’re not tabloid journalists . You’re our clients and you’re paying us to write the book *you* want. We love gossip and scandal as much as anyone, but we also know that a book sticks around for a long time and can cause a lot of upset. So we have a duty of care to point out when you’re going too far, about individuals, about business deals … even about yourself.

We’ll tell you what we think would be better or worse for the book, but the final edit is yours.
